Accepting a Friend's Flaw

People are not perfect. Yet, from time to time, we expect our friends to be. Can we still be friends after we discover their flaws? Can they be friends with us after they see ours? Casual acquaintances and workmates can keep up a shiny front for each other. Close friendship requires equal parts of vulnerability and acceptance.

I know my friends are not perfect, but neither am I. We can accept each other, flaws and all...
