Dear Readers,

To serve is to give, inspire and have others be on Fire! How best to create that than to BE It! Lets not speak about it but Be About It, with no reservations. When you open yourself with all of your being, beautiful things are created. It is then that you truly serve. Those who observe around you are following by example and learning to Be the example. The observers transform to Leaders.

When we hold back our true self we are taking from the world. Interestingly enough most times we justify it by stating we do not want others to feel less than or out shined. The irony is that we by holding back dim their light.

When you shine I shine! When you Win - I Win! When you Lead - I feel inspired to Lead.
